This is a blog designed to help you tackle the 2012 BC nutritional challenge. I’m a User Interface Diva by day, and a boot camp instructor/crossfitter/ultra-runner by night. I’m also a health-obsessed foodie with a bad stomach and even worse asthma. Food plays a huge role in my life every day and my goal is to share knowledge, resources and support with my peeps in the BC (and other) communities.
